ANNUAL DAY
Annual Social Gathering was organized and conducted by Danigond college of Nursing on 07th January 2023 .The occasion was graced by
Dr Arun T Maskin, Associate Professor in Pathology as Chief Guest and Dr Uma Gunda, M.D in pathology as Guest of the function. The students were awarded by Dignitaries for academic and co-curricular excellance.
SPORTS MEET
Annual Sports Meet was organized and conducted by Danigond college of Nursing on 09th &10th december 2022 .The occasion was inaugurated BY Dr P.B.Aparaj & Dr B.B.ugare. Students participated with enthusiasm in all the Sports & Athletic events and made the event successful.On this occasion cheif guests are felicitated.
LAMP LIGHTING AND OATH TAKING CEREMONY
Lamp Lighting & Oath taking ceremony was organized and conducted by Danigond college of Nursing on 31st March 2023.It is an important event in Nursing profession. Light signifies the brightness around the world. Oath taking implies Ethical concern in care of clients in Nursing profession. The occasion was graced by Mr.Mahesh C.Gadag, Academic Director & In-charge Principal of Sana Institute of Health sciences,Dharwad. The Chief Guest motivated the students by his inspiring speech.
The students lightened the lamp and recited the oath.
NUTRITION DEMONSTRATION
Danigond college of Nursing organized and conducted as a part of its curriculum-with the theme of “Celebrate a world of flavours” on 24th December and 31st December. Guests of the function were Dr P.B.Aparaj & Dr B.B.Ugare.The students actively participated & organized demonstration programme on various Therapeutic Diet:
1.Diet for Hypertension.
2.Diet for Diabetics
3.Diet for infants and special diet
4.Diet for Antenatal mother.
Independance day celebration(march past)
On 26th January 2023 DGI organized all staffs and students participated in the program.Our students participated in March past and won Ist prize.
world tuberculosis day(poster presentation
World Tuberculosis was organized and conducted by Danigond college of Nursing on 24th March 2023 .The occasion was inaugurated by Guest Dr. Rajeshwari MD Ayurveda. Students participated with enthusiastic in poster presentation competition
On Theme:”Yes, We can End Tuberculosis”and
Made successful.
International Nurse Day Celebration
International Nurses day was organized and conducted by Danigond college of Nursing on 12th May 2023. The occasion was inaugurated by Guest Dr.B.B.Ugare Principal of DMLT Terdal .It is an important occasion in nursing profession. To commemorate the Birth of Miss Florence Nightingale,founder of modern Nursing.The theme of this year was:”OUR NURSES ,OUR FUTURE”.on this occasion Quiz competition was organized and students actively participated.
